Explosion cladding

The high rate explosive bonding technology uses explosive detonation to produce high voltage pulse energy, pushing clad metal to collide with backer at a specific velocity and impact angle, finally achieving a metallurgical bonding between different materials.

We start to base material thk. from 0.2 mm. up to 500 mm. and for clad material thk. form 0.1 mm. up to 100 mm.
